A dedicated SMOS workshop took place in Arles last week 27-29 Sep 2011.

Our team gave 3 presentations :

-an overview of our new CATDS Level 3 composite SSS products (N. Reul)

-Towards Improving SMOS Salinity Retrievals (J. Tenerelli)
-a dedicated study on the capability of SMOS sensor for hurricane surface wind remote sensing (N. Reul)
